The costumer service is wonderful and I worked with Shantal and she was awesome 👏🏾 and amazing 😉 and got us deals and had just wonderful customer service and she was so helpful!!!!

As I tried to walk in the store the person behind the counter barked at me and said if you want anything it will be at least a 15 to 20 minute wait. Lol, I'm glad I didn't get stuck with such a poor carrier. I won't ever be back or consider t mobile again.

I say if you have a problem just go to the store at the towncenter mall they are the best service you could get love the guys so kind and nice they smile make you feel like they don't mind helping you I love them they are  Zac he delightful then Tyler  and  Samantha they the best pleace if you anything go to them they will make you feel good. I have been coming to this location for quite a while now and anytime I'm there service has always been at it's best, the service manager and staff really understand the value of a tmobile customer and new potential customer,  I will continue to keep coming to this location for all my needs!

Why would you tell customers the accessories are free and come with the phone when it doesn't? Instead it's just half price, which is very dishonest. Crystal didn't know nothing about her job at all its like she started her training that day and didn't learn anything from what they taught her. She did even know how to turn on a phone, we sat there for 20 min. Cause one of her coworkers had to come do it for her. He pretty much did the whole process and deserved to have the sale under his name. She acted like an airhead from the start.
