There NEVER seems to be anyone around to help you, and if there is someone there, they have no experience most of their electronics or appliances and can only really assist you with a purchase and that's about it. It is very frustrating, because the folks who want to buy things in-person have to do their homework online before they come into the store. The problem with doing your homework about an item you want to purchase is that you learn Best Buy prices are SKY-high in comparison to what you can find online or potentially at another store. 

Yes, they'll price match but still, leading the blind and not offering products at a fair market price is cruel to consumers that don't have the time to do their homework before coming in. Their practice would be to lead these sheep to their Geek Squad services, and make them pay WAY more than they should to learn how to use, setup, or install the consumer's newly purchased item(s). I get it, it is a business but try to not squeeze blood out of rock... Besides Best Buy doesn't even have a full selection of products for consumers anyway. They sell mainstream products and ONLY mainstream products BUT at a High-end price point. 

Get it together Best Buy...

We went to buy a tv and we're helped by Jonah.  He was very patient, knowledgeable and courteous.  He answered all our questions.  He gave us time to make our decision.  Excellent customer service.  Thank you, Jonah.

I'm pretty well-versed in technology, so I usually don't need help when I go to stores, but the staff at this store is definitely super friendly!

Walked in and not even acknowledged. Enough said . Won't go back . As I walked out the 3 boys at the counter made comments about my phone.  I will  not be back . It's sad that nothing will be done about any of this . Great job best buy.
