Great customer service
Robert took care of me with excellent customer service since the moment I walked in. I had a lot of questions about the macbook and trade ins and he was able to answer all of them. He spent more than the average sales person helping me get situated with my brand new laptop. Definitely way more help than the apple store. I appreciate all of Robert and the best buy staff's help and will definitely back for any future purchases!

I went into Best Buy prepared to make a substantial  purchase.  I understand that the employees are just doing their jobs but I was approached by 6 different people while I was trying to peacefully shop and make a decision on my own. By the 7th person I decided to walk out of the store without any purchase made. It completely turned me off. If I need help I will ask for it. Everyone was friendly and polite. But I felt way to much pressure and felt rushed when all I wanted to do was shop around first then ask for help when I am ready to make a purchase. Won't go back.

I recently bought an out of box TV that didn't have all the components. My husband and I brought it back to the store. They replaced the TV with a new one, for the discount price. We were happy with our experience, as always. Great customer service!!

Knew what I wanted (though not the brand).  Able to find a good brand for a ok price.  This is where Best Buy sits for me in the shopping arena.  Not the best price for the best brands but a fare price to be able to touch and feel it.
