Never ever unless is life in question I would step my foot in this store. The most incompetent and rude management. I had to go to the store several times to accomplish one simple thing. I ended up calling Sprint customer service and they assisted me while I was in store during my third visit.  For the same thing, lady manager has claimed it was not possible to be done and was very rude and raised voice at me. When I called sprint customer service I spent some time on the phone with them but they assisted me which means that staff in store just did not want to bother. It says enough about ability of the store and their managers.

out of 5 stars. JEREMY B and another manager are extremely RUDE, HORRIBLE service, terrible attitude and told us he "honestly didnt care about our problem" even though i have been a loyal customer for 7 years, but customer service helped us within 20 mins. Never visit this location!

Always have had a very good experience at this location. They seem to have fixed 90% of my issues when I go to this location. The other location tend to have excuses.

Terrible experience. The sales rep had absolutely no idea about the product(Iphone 7) didn't give me any details about what was going on or anything about the phone at all. Was told there is no promotion going on, and they had a "buy one get one free" promotion. When I called about it, the person on the phone was extremely rude. Do not go here, go across the street to best buy or somewhere else.

Worst store and customer service on the planet. They are very rude and lie about everything to make you stay with Sprint.
