Prices on computer hardware are quite high compared to online vendors. Staff is friendly most of the time. Selection is decent and gives you a good idea of about the various electronics. Have had issues with returns and with geek squad. They would not take an item back that was defective and accused me of the damage. The item was Best Buy store brand and the they said to take it too the store. I finally got them do the return when the store manager stepped in. His final comment to us before we left was to tell us merry Christmas in a curt time. I took a laptop to geek squad and got an estimate to repair it at $287. That was incorrect and the service center returned my laptop because the quote was wrong. The repair jumped to over $400 so I decided to get a new laptop instead. I came to pick up the broken laptop and it had been repaired even though I told them, in person, that I did not want any repairs done. The tech gave me a confused look and had to go back through notes and finally found the request and released the laptop back to me.

I used to love this Best Buy but now it seems overcrowded with stuff. This Best Buy really needs a overhaul/Magnolia needed here would be a great addition. Lower the prices Best Buy they're now so many places online that you don't price match that are selling TV'S and such for so much less and without taxes and with a warranty for the low.

No one was willing to help. When I did talk to someone it was as if they had something better to do. The cashier that was checking me out wanted to talk to her friend rather than me. Next time I'll go to Wal-Mart.

Best (if not the only) place in town for buying and putting your hands on tech and consumer electronics. The staff is usually helpful but occasionally uninformed. The facility is clean and updated.

I was treated very disrespectfully by a cashier named marissa, who claimed i did not have a receipt, although it wasnt paper.  It was emailed to me.  The other lady was very kind and took care of my return. As i stated while in best buy, this is the reason i do not buy anything here.
