Clean, not crowded, lots of space with helpful floor employees.  Their Geek Squad service is Amazing.  The man there was very helpful and was able to give me numbers and recommendations on how to fix my phone.

Went in to shop for a flat screen for my Mother-in-law. The customer service was awesome! I can't remember the guys name that helped us but he was great. We had 2 other associates answer questions prior to making our decision and purchase. They were very informative. Will only be going to this location for future purchases. 
***if a manager sees this... The rep behind the cash register helping my husband was AWESOME!

I love this store, the associates treat you with respect and they do not rush you. They are always willing to help and answer any questions. I love the fact that they will take the time with you if you are not sure of something and will explain whatever item you are purchasing to make sure that you fully understand it before you leave the building.

Bought a television on Sunday April 9. Had a misunderstanding on the specs of television. Called Monday and went back in on Tuesday. The manager Raul and Sean were fantastic. They exchanged and replaced my television with the correct model. Thank you guys

I went in to buy an external hard drive for my Xbox: One. I didn't have a clue what I was looking for, or what I needed. Ricky took the time to educate me on all there is to know about external hard drives. He help me make the best decision that hit my price point and my memory needs.
