Frank at the LaGrange store was the most helpful and patient person. He worked all day literally, to resolve an issue with another carrier and enable me to reestablish my T-Mobile account. I would trust and work with the LaGrange T-Mobile store anytime, especially with Frank.

I came with my sister to get her a new phone and the customer service we received was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Derrick was awesome. I recommend 100 percent coming here.

Recently stopped by to check out their deals and Derrick did awesome job of explaining their plans and promos ($50 referrals, tmobile tuesday app, $150 credit per line, limited time offer on sync up, $10 discount on each line that use less than 2gb, etc). I left my previous carrier Verizon knowing that I would save $$ and be on a better data plan w/ TMobile. Derrick and Hector went out of their way also to help install syncup drives on my cars. The rest of the staff at the store was also very friendly on my multiple visits and you can tell they work great as a team. Highly recommend this store and especially talking with Derrick if you plan on switching carriers - the man is patient and very knowledgeable about the products/deals they offer.

I lost my phone,so while I am waiting for another,bacause the phone was insured,they should give me another one until I get the new phone so I can use it for 1-2 days(in ATT they do that). The seller first told me that they have some phone for me,and than as soon as I finished my phone call with the insurance,she told me that she doen't have any phone for me and she sent me to another store which was 8 ml away,and she said that she checked out with them and that they have some phone for me. I drove to the other store where I get the same answer that they don't have any phone for me
