Always very helpful. Really well stocked and if you can't find what you need, they'll see if the other stores have it. They also price match so if you find it cheaper somewhere else, you can show them. If it's an online price, the price match does not include shipping or tax. So it's just price versus price. Also, they have to be able to pull up the website and see it themselves. Lastly, it's always at the discretion of the manager. I tried to price match once but the website was brand new and understandably they couldn't price match. Anyone can create a site in seconds and throw up a product. Be sure to look online for coupons and sometimes it's cheaper to get things shipped. To save time, you may want to call ahead if you're looking for something that's just come out as each store does get limited amounts of the newest things.

My Samsung cell was stuck in "Safe mode" and I couldn't get it out. I was on the phone last night with tech help for about two hours and still, no fix. Went to Best Buy this morn and saw the female Samsung Rep (didn't catch her name) and she fixed in less than five minutes. The employees there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

As a former employee of Best Buy (not this location), I can tell you that they are a shady company. There are better prices out there for everything you want to buy. Additionally, their in-store credit card is specifically targeted to people who don't have a lot of experience with credit. They will offer those people 0% interest for 12-36 months, and once that bill isn't paid off in full by the end of that period the FULL ORIGINAL BALANCE is assessed interest at the MAXIMUM allowed by law.

The manager, who I have seen in action and spoken with a few times seems very much a pro, but some of his people are ... not with the program. One was insulting when I wanted to get help with a car stereo (I think he was just too clueless and immature to realize he was a clod) and so I got one elsewhere. This is the only game in town in Sierra Vista, just about, when it comes to electronics ... so they are okay and of course BB has all the toys.
