Purchased a Samsung RS25H5000WW side-by-side refrigerator in Dec 2014. Multiple repair visits and parts by Sears A&E service, until they finally declared it a "lemon" in June 2016. We selected a Kenmore 51762 replacement per our PA that we purchased, but that was delivered with problems. The door reveal at the bottom was offset by at least ¼” on freezer door bottom (door is warped), the display escutcheon is protruding above the buttons, and there is spray foam insulation that leaked out of the upper left hand corner of the freezer door that was scraped off, leaving residue and scratched paint. We contacted Sears A&E service about this problem, and they advised us to go the store and resolve the problem there. Sears has delivered four more refrigerators, all with the same door reveal problem. On July 6, the ice dispenser stopped dispensing ice. Went to the store on July 14, and was told by the stores "Hard Line ASM" - there is nothing we can do to help you, turned and walked away. We have filed a BBB complaint, and written letters to the CEO and Board of Directors. However, based on the BBB customer reviews - I doubt Sears cares. We have cancelled our Sears credit card and will not do business with that company again.
