We decided to use Home Depot to remodel our kitchen and I must say that from the beginning to the end, this process has been flawless. All time lines were met and the product has exceeded our expectations! I would like to give a special thank you to Dave in Kitchen and Bath, Iris in Flooring, and Courtney one of the managers! You all did a phenomenal job in taking care of us! Iris, a super special thank you for helping us pick what would look good and for the ideas that you had! You rock! Thank you again for all that you do!

Absolutely the worst Home Depot I trade at. Never anyone to help you unless you go looking. Many items are not posted with a price. Had to go to a check stand and ask for someone to price an item. Finally three people showed up. They provided good service while they were there and then disappeared. Continued shopping for other items and never saw another sales person. At checkout I requested a carryout as the item was bulky and heavy and service was provided by two young men. Products are great, customer service sucks!!

Has gotten BETTER! In the past I have had some bad customer service problems here. But my last two visits have shown a noticeable change in customer service. Bobby at the customer service desk went out of his way to assist me & make sure I was a happy customer. The customer service desk is still horribly understaffed and gets overcrowded. But the employees there are great and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that the store seems to stock a lot less than it used to (probably due to increase of online ordering). But if you are deciding between here or Lowe's, then go here. You will be treated better and will be way more satisfied.

Once again let down by over promises and no follow through. They knew I wouldn't the tile by the date they promised but seemed to wait for me to call. Then the manager, Shelly, made no offer to make it right. Only asked me "what do you want me to do about it". She seemed to think that getting the tile,that was already suppose to be there, was making it right. Horrible way to handle it. The response should have been they made a mistake and here is what we are going to do about...

Love your store. I only wish it were closer to Fry, but I will always trade with you. I live in Sonoita and Everytime I am in town, I seem to end up at HD.
