I really want to see these places survive, but sometimes wonder if they care themselves. 
They tried to be helpful the last 2 times I was there, but gave me bad info nonetheless.
My experience there has been more miss than hit, but (I think) they're trying... 3 stars for (sorta) making an effort.

Very clean, organized and well staffed. Employees don't know much about what they're selling but they certainly try to help. Tolerable variety of items to choose from but tend to be a little more pricey than the competition. It's fine for getting the tech basics. However if you want more than that, you might want to try somewhere else.

I went in to test drive and compare two tablets I am thinking of purchasing. Several of their displays had accessories that were broken or batteries that were dead. Makes it difficult to accurately do comparisons.
However, very nice staff and I was asked by several employees if I needed help.

We don’t have a Best Buy down the block and having to make a reservation to drop off your computer has become a huge inconvenience  as they are busy on weekends when I am off and I can’t always get there on their time frame.  I thought it was supposed to be convenient for the customer not the store.  Especially since I am coming back because they didn’t fix it right in the first place.

I took my computer in for repair which it had never had four. I learned that Best Buy will not touch it unless you are a member of their "Club". What that means is that you have to buy protection for your computer for one, two, or three years. Any other parts necessary are extra. If you are going to join the club I recommend the three years because it's a better deal and you won't have to worry about anything for 3 years. Store personnel was professional and courteous.
