Sales associate helped Out with choosing a laptop for my stepson.  Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect laptop for my stepson.  Best Buy is my number 1 go to for anything electronics, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have had 3 great experiences at Best Buy this year, causing me to now choose Best Buy over Amazon. I bought a smart TV, air conditioner and HP laptop. For each purchase staff was immediately available, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, steered me in the right direction and helped me figure out how to save money. I am happy with all 3 products!

Just bought all new appliances.  Allen helped us.  He was fantastic.  Super helpful and very knowledgeable.  It was very easy to boil down what we needed/wanted and untilmately bought.  Thanks Allen!

Still the go-to place for electronics.  Plentiful and knowledgeable staff.  Good sales.  My sales guy spent 30 minutes on the phone locating another Best Buy where I could pick up a  laptop that is in short supply.
