I had an iPhone repair scheduled several days before. Came in... No parts. This despite explaining the issue when I scheduled and  responding via email to their tech who emailed me to confirm the appointment and issue. They hadn't had the parts for weeks, and probably won't have them for several more. But we wanted you to come in anyway so we can provide you with an in-person failure, because we really are happy you drove 40 minutes out of your way for an appointment we can't meet. Would you like to visit our new smart home section?

Ironically, I had a $60 gift card with me to Best Buy that I genuinely was looking forward to using in something while I waited for the repair. Their complete disregard for my time pissed me off so much that that I left with the cards and am not sure I'll ever use them at this point.

They always have the best tech in stock, and on display. I love being able to see products being used before I buy them. They will price match any competitors, including Amazon. Return policies are fair, and the people are usually very helpful.

Considering this is the busiest location of the company, this is a fantastic store. Find yourself going in for something and always surprised by the vast variety of things available. Employees are always helpful no matter what you may need.

Nice location. Pretty good inventory.  We noticed a lot of the prices were pretty high as compared to online retailers, but that's the expectation for brick and mortar stores. Employees were friendly, and answered questions patiently about the item we were interested in.
