Great store. Would give them five stars if someone had acknowledged me when buying a few things. The whole time no employee even spoke to me. On another visit an employee tried to tell me I cannot see if something is in the store's current inventory from looking online, when I had it on my phone as being in their store right in front of him.

This Best Buy location took several poor experiences and turned them into one good one. I very much appreciate the extra effort Brittany and her manager put into making everything work. I will be back to do more business! Thank you.

I am so beyond frustrated with these people. For the last like week I have been trying to inquire about a few different computers. They have taken down my info and told me to expect a call before the end of the day every time. I have yet to get a call back. Not to mention that whenever you call they for some reason hate answering phones. It takes nearly 40 minutes for anyone to ever answer. I think they need to hire someone just to answer phones. If I could give them a 0 out of 5 stars I would. Terrible service all around.

The store is rather clean and the layout has changed since the last time I've been in. Once I got oriented I found it very easy to find what the item I wanted. The staff that I did encounter were friendly and did offer help.

Not bad they price match almost all stores as long they in their area. But they won't match Kmart. I had to go to Target to price match a DVD that Kmart had for $4.99. Just to see it on Black Friday for the same or less at Best Buy. It made me mad since they sold it for that price just a couple days later. The clerk's are very nice and helpful to locate things in the store just make sure you check the date on the sales signs in the store some maybe expired.
