Best Buy is pretty much the same wherever you go. It has a good selection of products within a limited range and the prices are market standard. At the Lawrence store, customer service can be hit or miss. If you can get Jamie to help you, you'll have a good experience. He knows tons about a wide variety of products and is very patient and helpful. I'm sure there are other excellent associates, but I've had a few bad experiences so I pretty much just look for this one guy.

I enjoy going to Best Buy. They sell a wide variety of products. However, they are a bit expensive but they will compare prices on Amazon. The stipulation is the item has to be sold by Amazon, not third party sellers. I saved a good amount of money when I purchased a Bluetooth headset and got the price advertised on Amazon. While I was there I also looked for a phone case for my Samsung S7. They no longer sell them. I talked to an employee and he said that they stop selling them because it was an old phone. Which is weird because I don't consider my phone all that old. Oh well. That doesn't deter me from going to the store.

Best knowledge person who I talk to about 4K TV also sound bar system. Answer all mine questions. Will go back again to buy a computer.

Very thankful for the helpful staff here, especially Jamie!! I was very indecisive about which laptop I wanted to buy and Jamie answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about every brand and every model. I asked questions for almost 2 hours and he helped me the whole time! Even helped me find discounts on the model I finally chose! Highly recommend.

Very helpful and kind. The store is clean and nicely set up. They helped me find what I was looking for in less than 1 minute after I came in . Love shopping there.
