I walked in to this store for the first time, needing help finding some items to repair my computer. The tech was super, super helpful and friendly, and even gave me one of the items I needed free of charge. If I need to take my computer in to a place to get it fixed, I will go here. Very, very helpful service and very friendly. I really appreciated the service I got.

I purchased a new Solid State Drive refurbished computer from UNI. A good friend is very knowledgeable regarding computers, everything the general manager told me was on point. So, when I came in to purchase a computer this last Saturday, an employee spent a good portion of his day transferring the data from my old computer to the new computer, adding more memory, customizing the new computer with the apps I use most. Plus, UNI is a local business, and I believe in buying local. It has the same warranty as the big chain computer store, but they won't spend the time that UNI did...this guy literally walked me through everything! Highly recommend UNI for repairs and when purchasing a new computer!!

I went in to find some mother board screws and the gentleman working took a few short minutes to gather a couple sets together and simply handed them to me for free. Super nice place and employees willing to help.

Computer store, run by computer people. They sell the real stuff, are fair, honest and personable. Hands down the best experience in the area. I go there everytime I have an issue I can't fix myself. Computers can be frustrating as @#$& to fix sometimes, and I can't appreciate and thank this store enough for just being down to earth and helpful. I don't feel pressured to buy a single thing, and even if I did, I know it's the real stuff. Can't recommend them enough. Just go. Not a waste of time.

This was the fourth time that we have needed the help and support of the staff at UNI Computers.  The most recent we had switched to a new hosted medical software and when their IT department downloaded the scanner software the computer locked up, after an hour of head scratching on their part they suggested we have the computer looked at, took it to UNI, they plugged it in, placed his hand on ( I did not see if looked to the heavens) it and it turned on.  No charge glad we could help, honest integrity.
