First time i was at this Best Buy. Got gifted a wrong model of the Samsung smart watch so went to see about exchanging it. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Two different people checked what was posted in-stock and one worker went through there storage and found the correct model that they thought were sold out. They showed they cared about helping me with this and made sure I left happy. If i need to go to best buy again this is the store I will be going to.

Had what I needed and the staff was friendly and helpful. It's a bit of an odd location to get into and park but that's not too large of an issue. I was able to pick up a cell phone case quickly and easily and was able to make payment fast and be on my merry way. Tech shopping made easy.

Pretty quick overall. Just know where the line is. Don’t go during a busy time. They do have pretty much everything. And there is a second floor where all the Apple stuff is and other storage devices etc.

Great location.  However I felt that the sales associates in cell phone department didn't really know their inventory.  I was looking for Samsung Galaxy Note8 in deep blue color.  Three associates told me that they didn't have it in stock.  But Maria, the check out associate, looked and was able to find one for me.  I highly recommend managers to train their staff to be honest to their customers.

Bought 3 laptops in the past couple years with service plans. 2 of them stopped working due to defects. The first wasn't covered by the service plan and was more expensive to fix than to buy again. The second one i brought back 3 weeks later on the last return day. Once again, it wasn't covered by the service plan that I purchased, but I managed to get a refund on it after speaking with management. Failure rate for me=66%
