Nice selection, decent prices. But the employees (while I was there, can't speak for another time) seemed a bit uninspired. I don't like to be hounded, but I was pretty obviously searching the store for something, and every employee I walked by didn't seem to pick up on that. They were all just sort of walking around, talking to each other. When I did ask for help, got passed off three times. But easy check-out process.

I love having a brick and mortar electronics retailer near me. The store has a wonderful selection and has some very knowledgable sales people. The vast majority of my experiences have been positive. However I have had a few occasions when I've need assistance and the staff at the store were busy huddled up talking to each other. Both of those times I went to another retailer on the parkway and got what I needed there.

Very helpful staff. Answered honest questions about my current tablet and even gave name of another local repair shop, but I ended up buying a new-ish (out of box sale) tablet and it's working fine. They threw in 1yr warranty for free also.

Went to Geek Squad for a quick question... was answered rudely, which I did not appreciate. I pay for their service yearly and expect a level of respect when coming in to get professional help.

Lady on the phone was a little less than enthusiastic about the fact I had called with a simple question. Team members in store were pleasant and willing to help. Prices are meh, but they do price match. My return was painless. Overall an alright experience.
