Purchased a new Lenovo Yoga laptop & Pioneer head unit this visit, the laptop section has a bunch of employees ready to answer any questions you may have. The car audio section could really use someone to walk through it every once in awhile. Took about 20 minutes to have one brought down from the top shelf.

Bought a bundle of appliances yesterday.  Haley was fantastic.  We wanted to see what we were buying and they didn't have them in stock so she whipped up another package who h was much better than what we intended and only $21.00 more after deductions.  Thanks Haley, you are the best.

Typical Best Buy, easy to navigate through to find what you need. Store looked very clean and well kept, and employees were nice. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is because Geek squad said they had never heard of thermal paste remover, but a quick Google search found it online.

Great place for purchase of home appliances and electronics.  People here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service every time I've been there.
