Nice wide isles, easy access to product. My complaint is that they don't always have the same brand you bought the last time. Like today, they didn't have Purcell. Bummer!

Sam's is currently re-arranging the floor plan. It seems to be still underway. We had to ask a couple times a where to find some items, but overall still a good shopping experience.

My husband and I were doing errands and decided to stop at Texas Roadhouse on 441 in Lady Lake, Fl. It was like being home. Meaning, when we first met, we would stop after working our respective jobs at a TR in Pa. Walking inside it was exactly laided out the same. We were greeted by the hostess and she took us directly to our table. She gave us menus and their famous hot buns with cinnamon butter. Next we were greeted by our super and exuberant waitress Jolene. She asked if we had ever dined with them. We said no, but, we were not strangers to The Roadhouse. She suggested some drinks and lite bites to get started. We had some drinks with a side shot for and extra boost after our shopping trip. We also had Fried Pickles my favorite! My husband had the prime rib cooked to perfection. I had my other favorite country fried chicken. Never a disappointment. The service was outstanding. Runners and servers all came and went at our table dropping off dinners picking up plates. Our server Jolene checked on us at least three times to see if we needed anything. After dinner she suggested dessert, I was full, but my husband got the cheesecake to go. Not sure how it taste, but, if it us like anything else we had it will be great. Five big stars to the management and the team at Texas Roadhouse, Lady Lake,Fl. I am a tough critic being a restaurant GM for many years. I do not normally write reviews. This one was well deserved.

They had some great black Friday deals. Associates were very friendly and helpfull.

This was our first major shopping trip to this Sam's. We visit my mother in law here each year for a couple of weeks. Perhaps we're just spoiled, but we didn't get the smiles and kindness we're used to in Murrieta, Ca (where we're from). The cashier 'Tina' may have been having a bad day, but she was very curt. Hopefully she was just having a bad day. Greg & Liz
