Has the stingiest wi-fi ever, stood there for the longest trying to fix my own issue because they sell trash Lenovo products and limited returns (less than 30 days). Just overall bs. Its like they intentionally sell junk so you can ask Geek Squad for help. I dont even know how they can provide support when they have such a horrible wifi service. Took over 40 minutes to uninstall a driver and update. Best Buy is like Worst Buy.

I can't speak for the entire store, but the staff in the cellular department are the rudest people. I left the store without making my purchase and I will never go back. They need customer service training. It's my opinion that most Best Buy stores are in serious decline.

I love this Bestbuy store.  The staff treat you with respect and are very knowledgeable.  I have shopped at Bestbuy across the US for years and had good and bad experiences.  This Bestbuy just keeps getting better every time I shop there.  I'm trying to put my finger on what is different and it really boils down to the people.  They are always helpful and approachable.  I suspect there is good leadership lurking in the shadows.  Regardless this Bestbuy and its staff should be proud.   Thank you!

honestly the yellow shirt guy (sorry forgot his name) at the front of the store seems to know the most about everything.. which is a bit odd but I'm not complaining about that! very friendly and knows a whole lot about computers and cameras & helped me when all the associates were busy 'cause they were obviously very short on people and had about 1 person working in computers that day.. and i never saw whoever it was neither. 5 stars b/c I had a pretty good time getting most of the stuff I needed but -2 stars 'cause I still had to wait a very long time for the actual sales rep to get my computer and check me out.... I waited a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes!!!! need to hire more people seriously. called the store to compliment the guy and complain but the phone numer is not right... not the auburn best buy number. so i'm just writing this here

New to Opelika, had a great experience at this Best Buy. Very small compared to other Best Buys and does not have big appliances like refrigerators and washing machines, but the staff was a lot friendlier and better than others ones I have gone to. The security man at the front Paul was very helpful and took the time to listen to my problems and resolve them quickly.  He even came to us at the desktop computers to help us with questions because they were very understaffed and sold us a comptuer that our family is extremely happy with. The cashiers were well mannered and humorous, which makes any customer's day happier and that goes a long way. Great staff and very outgoing. Will be coming back again.
