After standing in line and being told best buy would place my order for me it took so long that it was sold out and no longer available I will never do that again

I was greeted as I came in the door.  I was asked what they could help me with.  I told them I wanted to look at Echo Dot.  I was immediately taken to where they were.  He explained each one and told me the difference.  I did think I might want the high end one but it wasn't in stock.  I bought the "dot" and am enjoying it.  We may consider the bigger one at a later date.  I also wanted a new mouse.  Since I have a draw full of $15 mouse I wanted a better one.  He also helped me with that and I am very pleased with the one for $32.  He checked me out and was very nice and pleasant the entire time.  I am sorry I didn't get his name.

They had, and always do, what I was looking for. And they unexpectedly had something that I wasn't looking for but that I WAS looking for for a long time. When they Didn't have something Else that I was looking for, they ordered it for me and sent it to me home address for a Reasonable price. Thank You BEST BUY!! Now I know why I keep going back!!

Stopped in for a printer and sales associate was extremely knowledgeable. It was $200.00 off so, great price too.
