It actually looks like they are about to close compared to how it used to look. Has always had rude employees but now they don't even speak. Look at these pics. I went in with cash in hand to buy a recliner, not one greeting, so I'll go somewhere else tomorrow. Sad

I bought my Maytag washer and dryer from them 1 year and 3 months ago and the light went out in the dryer and the washer won't rinse my clothes ugh. And the customer service people are so rude.

Shop here at your own risk. . Rude, unprofessional sale people will tell you anything to make a sale. Don't purchase a warranty.. Customer service is a joke!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! You would think that a public sector office trying to make a purchase of multiple big ticket items would result in eager attempts by store reps to close the sale. In this case, you would be wrong. In fact, it has been down right exhausting and mind-boggling at how difficult it has been to get someone from hhgregg to respond to our office's attempts make a purchase. After sending an official purchase order (numerous months ago), no one from hhgregg has responded and when we tried to contact the local store, the store reps transferred us to the manager who never answered the phone. This happened numerous times. When we finally did get a manager on the line, he never got back with us regarding a resolution to the issue. After constant following up on our part, we were finally told by local reps at hhgregg to contact the home office who then made several unsuccessful attempts to contact the local store rep. Once contact was made with the local office by the home office, requests for them to contact us by the home office seemed to have fallen on death ears. We again contacted the home office and after several rounds of this monotony we finally got someone on the phone from the local office. Once we did, we were then told to fill out a credit application. However, to date, it has been several weeks since the application was filled out, and still, we haven't heard anything from hhgregg. And, after calling the store on today and explaining our issue, I was told by the store manager that I needed to contact Sychrony regarding the credit application. You would think that if hhgregg was interested in customer relations they would have taken steps to make sure we were well informed up front of all the steps necessary to resolve this issue. You would think someone at hhgregg would be interested in making the purchasing process as smooth as possible - especially for a public agency. Instead, we have had one road block after another in trying to make a purchase with no one at hhgregg voluntarily coming to our rescue. Buyer beware!
