Can't even get a hold of the store in order to ask a simple status question of an online order. Third time calling since the first two times I was connected on the call just to have the call abruptly hang up.

I wish I could give this higher stars since the Samsung representative at the Midwest City location named Christian gave phenomenal service. I ended up purchasing the item and sending it to this store because it was slightly closer.

I purchased an item, but needed time to pick it up.  The store was willing to hold it for me and assist with loading.  I greatly appreciated the accommodations!
