If I could give less than one star I would, worst customer service and manager ever! I am beyond upset and frustrated!!! We have spent a lot of money on major items through best and never had issues. I got a deep freezer for Christmas and when we in boxes it, it did not work, turn on, anything. I went to return it and was told that it was no longer returnable due to the Christmas hold return policy, the item you sold didn’t work. Let alone I tried to call before so that way I didn’t bring the deep freezer in for no reason and you can’t get the store to answer the phone because the stupid automated system.

I bought a new 55 inch t.v.! When I opened the box, at home, the screen had a giant crack in the middle of it. The Best Buy associates were so helpful. I took the broken t.v. back to the store and in no time at all I was exchanged a new television. This time, I had them check it at the store first, and it was great. Now I have an awesome 4K 55 inch LED Smart T.V.!

I came in looking for The Greatest Showman soundtrack(that is sold out almost everywhere, including Amazon). Unable to find it with the new releases, my friends and I started wandering the store in search of the cd's. We happened upon Roger, who asked if we needed help with anything. Informed him of the situation, and he saw that they had two copies in the store. He helped us search in both sections that had cd's. When we had no luck, he went in to the warehouse to see if they were there. He found both of them! My friend, and I bought one each. Thank you Roger!!
