Just spent 10 minutes waiting for a sales guy in the tvs. Three of them at the desk. Not one stepped over to answer my questions. In fact not a single employee here said anything to me. Not a greeting, not a word. They to a person shifted to avoid eye contact.

Guess where I won't be dropping $1k for a TV this year. You got it.

This is a great place to buy Electronics. The selection is large, and the only problem I had was trying to figure out which one I wanted the most. I couldn't buy them all. If you like consumer electronics, you'll love this place.

Black Friday was a breeze this year. They where ready for us and had all the crew there helping everyone out. Got me the new google home mini at a great price and only stood in line about 15 minutes total. Way to go Best Buy. You nailed it.

I was in your store on January 4,2018 to purchase a series 3 Apple Watch. My husband and I have a Best Buy card and have over the years purchased many things there. TV’s washer/dryers, computers to name a few. 
I at the time had a series 1, 42mm Watch and wanted to try the 38mm on to see how I liked it. I was told that you could not unpack any of the watches or that you did not have any displays that I could try on. I could only look at it.
If I am going to spend $350 on a Watch I want to at least try it on to see if I like it. I left very frustrated and went to the Apple store. There I purchased a series 3,38mm Watch, 2 watch bands and a set of AirPods. So the purchase was significant. 
You don’t buy clothes without trying them on or buy a car without driving it. Why would buying a Watch be any different. 
Maybe you should rethink your policy if you want to sell more or not, if you are satisfied with customers going elsewhere.

Geek squad sucks!!!
Do not take your computer there.
1) 2017
I took my computer there cuz it was having trouble starting. They charge me $150 to fix it. Apparently it only took them 30 mins to fix and computer was working. I went back to work and next day it was doing the same thing.
I took it back and they said it will cost$150 again. The only reason I took my computer there cuz it was my work computer and it was an emergency. It was not very wise of me.

2) 2016
Bought laptop for my gf, paid over $1200 laptop with 2 years protection plan. Laptop stop working after 4 months took it back since I had a protection plan. They fix it. When we got laptop home somebody at geek squad made a porn website it's homepage on internet explorer. Then laptop stop working again after few days.
