I came into this location to purchase a new laptop. I settled on a model that had 2 tags for the exact same unit. One at $1199 and the other at $1349. Once the salesperson realized the error, he took the lower priced tag and disappeared, refusing to honor the lower price because "it was next to the correct price tag". We found the manager on duty and once they realized that I was pressuring them to honor the tag that was clearly displayed, their attitude changed 180° and became unprofessional and dismissive. I left without making my minimum $1500 purchase after service plan and accessories. Only gave them 1 star since it's required. UPDATE: Contacted store manager, Chuck, to explained the situation. He asked me to come in and sold me the laptop I wanted at the lower price. Changed rating to a 3 from 1 since we had problems with salespeople, but store manager resolved without without any drama.

Don't get me wrong, I still like Best Buy a lot. My only complaint is that Best Buy has switched from carrying a large selection of computer components and electronic parts and supplies. The service has always been good and the staff is always been friendly and willing to help.

Purchased an LG washer & dryer from Carson (sales) and Cody (manager), they were extremely helpful in making the purchase stress free and easy. The price was better than others in the area I had found for the exact same product. The delivery & set up staff were very friendly and did a nice job. Highly recommend them for your appliance needs.

We were greeted when we walked in, but no one bothered to try to help us when we were looking for a specific item. There were some salesmen standing around talking together about something, but they didn't offer to help. And the store wasn't really that busy at the time. Finally​ we walked around long enough to get the attention of someone from another department to help us. We had to special order the item we were looking for, but it didn't take that long for shipping. We live over 2 hours from that store, so next time we need something from Best buy, we will go to a different one or order online. It was clean, and some of the staff was friendly.

It's kinda annoying when I am returning a product because it's broken. To add on to that, the rep ask why I am returning it. First of all, it's not your business. She wasn't friendly about it either. I told her the volume button wasn't working. She promptly showed me that it was still working. I guess I have to be more clear, the volume down button wasn't working. She then tried that and saw it wasn't. Yet, if I want to return a product and still inside the return policy, I shouldn't have to justify myself.
