Absolute garbage store. Completely incompetent reps. Wasted 2 hours of our time. All the other reviews must be fake because there's no way anyone could have had a good experience here. While we were there every other customer was told "sorry we can't help". They really don't give a f*** about any customer.

Best experience I have ever had when dealing with a cellular provider. Tracey was our salesperson and was great. We got the deal we expected (2 For $100), plus some extras, and were in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes. We switched from At&t, had paid-off iPhones, (which were unlocked via At&t's website beforehand), and the process was exceptionally quick to transfer over. A month later, the bill was exactly as promised at the time of purchase with no hidden fees. What I thought was going to be an arduous process, turned out to be very easy thanks to the excellent service.

I changed to T-Mobile from AT&T solely for the purpose of getting no "surprises" on my bill each month. When I went into the store on 140th and West Pennsylvania in Oklahoma City on November 16, 2016, I was told about a special three-day promotion in which I would get two lines that I would pay for with an additional two lines free. I was promised that my bill would be $140 each month no matter what! At the time, I only needed two lines but went with the promotion for two free phones with no additional charge.
Since that time, every single month has been a complete nightmare! Last month I spent four hours of my time trying to straighten this matter out. The representative was as helpful as he could be and I was assured that the matter was handled. Far from it! For my very next bill, I received a text message stating my new balance was $280, and within a day or two I received another text message stating my bill was $209! As of today's date, which is May 5, 2017, I have had only one bill that was actually the $140 that I was promised! The two initial phones that I went in to purchase and set up services with were paid for in full on the date the agreement was made. Approximately $1500 was given to T-Mobile that day. I am now getting billed a separate charge for the two additional phones that I didn't even want in the first place!
In addition to all of the above, I went back into the original store after my first "surprise bill" and was told that I could expect all future charges to be no more than $140 each month. The very next month was the ONLY month out of six months in which T-Mobile kept its promise.
T-Mobile has been an absolute mobile phone nightmare for me! If this isn't resolved this month I am giving up the fight and moving to another carrier!!!
