Went to Best Buy to purchase  Beats Studio  headphones . Was there for approximately 20 minutes . No employee staff did not ask me if I needed help. Stuff scattered everywhere. I walked out. Best Buy LOST a sale. I always try to buy from Walmart because of the hassle free return policy. Walmart #1 Best Buy #2.  Best Buy is so unorganized. Stuff scattered everywhere. 
Someone needs to open a electronic Superstore

There's is nothing wrong with the staff as people,  but they are poorly distributed throughout the store. I waited 10 minutes for a camera in silence, and when I finally called out to the clerks at the checkout, they ignored me like they had headphones on. And there was only one person in front of us, and nobody was waiting at the desk. Despite this, the store is relatively clean, and the staff was respectful, so I gave it two stars. You're welcome.

Very small store to begin with and they absolutely don't care about their customers. I called the store to ask a question and I was put on hold for 15 mins, when I hung up and called back the phone rang out. I guess they completely forgot I was on the phone. I feel like a valued customer :)
