Absolutely horrendous customer service. Purchased a phone and case and just after walking out I realized they didn't apply the listed discount for the phone case. So I walked right back in to the customer service desk and the mall cop stoped me (walking in!) and loudly sighed and said "you're returning that already?... I can't have you just walking into the store with items in the bag like that". And slapped a sticker onto the new phone and phone case I purchased. Once I made it to "customer service" the employee kept denying the price was lower until I physically pointed it out on the shelf price label. When he finally gave the refund, there was no apology. It gets better... When I arrive home I realize the case isn't in the bag (he never put it back in). I was close to an hour away so I wanted to call before driving back. Getting a hold of ANYONE in the store was completely impossible. I made repeated attempts to call throughout the day and no one picked up. When I got a hold of corporate after being switched from call center to call center they were unable to do anything and told me I need to physically go to the store if I can't reach anyone by phone. So I drove all the way back the next day and they initially said there is nothing to prove that the case wasn't put back in the bag. After about 20 mins of waiting, the operations manager got involved and concluded I must be telling the truth since their inventory showed 0 in their system but there was still one available on the shelf (they put mine back on the shelf). Thanks to him this didn't end even worse with me down $50 for the case. Everyone else I dealt with at this store is beyond incompetent! Never going to another Best Buy again!

One of the best Best Buys I've been to! The staff are helpful without being overbearing. They have an excellent selection of gaming paraphernalia and merch. And when I went to pick up my online order of an open box iPad Pro, it turns out it was shrink-wrapped the whole time! They still gave it to me for the open box price. This place is hard to reach by walking from the LIRR but it's close to the Queens bus.

I give it 5 stars, This store is always well stocked, the people is very helpful and you can't beat the price.
