I have bought a few appliances from sears before and non of them have lasted more than 5 years but besides the fact my dryer has been broken for 4 months now and the company sears works with to fix appliances has been the most unprofessional business I ever had to deal with. I have never made a review but this has to be known. We called to repair the dryer and the guy came 2 hours late the first time. The min he left it broke again. They sent someone back two weeks after this incident even though we were promised they would return that same day. Once again still broken. Now 2 weeks after we waited for a part. The guy replaced the part a week after the part was deliver and yet it still was broken. He refused to fix it and said he was only told to replace the part. Now today 4th time they have came and it is still broken. The customer service sucks and I will do my best to make it known that sears is the worst place to buy appliances and worst customer service.

Worst place to every go shopping ~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The lines are always soooo damn long !!! always one cashier in the register with 50 people on line !!!!!!! Every time the cashier would call for help, nobody would ever come help her! This is disrespect for not only the customers, but also the workers who have to deal with the long line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also they ugly

I've been to many Sears all over the country but this one is by far the worst. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.   Every cashier seems to have a problem ringing up a customer. I get bounced around from cashier to cashier. This happens every time.  
This store can use a total revamp and rehire because right now its the toilet bowl of all the Sears stores.  I see why Sears is going out of business.

Simply the worst store in green acres mall...and that says a lot since there are many!! Nobody is ever in their own department to help nobody gives a damp if you need help nor will they help if you ask....stay far away.
