Went in just now.  There were four people standing in there and we were the only customers.  No one offered to help us at all.  While the selection was great they literally watched tv and talked while we even took out the shoe sizer and sized ourselves.  We had to interrupt their conversation and actually ask to check out.  Once we started this part they were friendly but no apologies and they knew I was not thrilled.  Had we not needed to get the cleats tonight we would have not done so.  They had so much there and I was willing to pay extra for specialty knowledge, but they just ignored us.  Disappointing as I would have liked to support a local business.
