The gentleman in the tool rental department is fantastic. His name is Jack. You will be blown away by his honesty, knowledge and care for his customers. He is also an awesome lawn mower repairman. I highly recommend you go see him. You will leave completely satisfied and happy. Loyal too😀😀😀

I am extremely disappointed in your store in Powder Springs, Ga and how I was given the run around. I paid for a brand-new whirlpool stove in September of 2016 and had it installed. The store apparently hired a third-party company (Spirit) to install my stove. The company never grounded the stove which was confirmed by two separate companies that have come and looked at our stove. I went to the home depot location to speak with the manager (Branden). He directed me to Whirl Pool even though I stated that the first repair company stated it was installed incorrectly. I contacted Whirl Pool and was told that installation was not covered in our warranty and was directed back to home depot. I once again went back to the store to speak to the same manager. I was told I needed to file a claim with them and they would file a claim with Spirit. 3 days later spirit contacted me and asked for information, which I provided, I even provided pictures and a write up from the first company to spirit. I was told that I spirit would contact me again to schedule a time for an insurance person to come and look at the stove. Another 3 days later, I received a letter from spirt (I was never called to schedule the insurance person) stating they want another estimate and more information. As you can tell by now it has been WEEKS since I have been able to use my stove and cook for my very young child. This is absolutely absurd. I am having to go weeks without getting to use my new stove that I paid close to $800 because a company that your company hired, installed my stove incorrectly. I as the customer should not have to go through all of this because of a mistake that I had no part in. After looking up Spirit, It is very apparent that that company has AWFUL reviews. Choosing the cheapest company to deliver, install, your products is NOT what is in the best interest of the costumer. Here I am 4 weeks later, and I still DO NOT HAVE a repaired stove/oven. Shame on you Home Depot!!!

They have what we need, but not a always enough. Have to drive to another store. But it's good.
