Had a terrible experience at the Hiram location. We did run in the store at 10 minutes to 6 on a Sunday. As we entered the associate hollered across the store that they closed in 10 minutes. We hurried back to the womens shoes my daughter tried on one pair & we were talkkng & putting shoes back in box to purchase when the same associate came around the corner to tell us we had 4 minutes before closing. Im so sorry I thanked her for the update put shoes back & left before 6 pm. We didnt mean to run in at closing & I promise we wont be back. I hope she made it home on time.

I had an awful experience with placing an online order with Payless. I returned the order to this store. I didn't get a chance to take note of the employee's name. We were in awe of how they shipped the shoes in an oversized box and to make matters worse the shoes had already been worn. She really made my day and went above and beyond to find the shoes at another store with a $4.00 off coupon. I am very thankful that there are still human beings in the world that display great customer service. I will definitely shop here again. SATISFIED CUSTOMER
