Best Deal Auto Sales is family owned and operated and has been in business since June of 1999. We opened with the goal to sell quality pre-owned vehicles at wholesale prices or below and have been successful doing so for the past 15 years and running. We opened our first store in Fort Wayne and since have opened locations in Auburn, Warsaw, and our "Import Store" in Fort Wayne. We are partnered with many great finance companies to provide our customers with the best financing available. We offer a great warranty through AUL Corp. on all of the vehicles that we sell. We have an outstanding record with the Better Business Bureau, and National Independent Automobile Dealers Association. If you are in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle we TRULY are the BEST. We originally went into the dealership to look at a 2009 Chevy Silverado for our daughter that was on the website. Clean and nice looking truck with low miles. After talking with salesman Chris Jones on the phone, we were looking forward to seeing the truck. Chris was very nice, helpful and straightforward honest. The truck had been hit and fixed from a small accident and he pointed that out immediately. Drove the truck and liked everything about it. I have driven same 99 Ford Ranger for 18 years. We noticed a nice looking F150 V6 Ecoboost and decided to test drive it. Needless to say we ended up buying both vehicles. Chris helped get us the best financing with a great warranty package for both trucks. We had a issue with the Silverado’s tail light and headlight. We called their service department and they found a faulty ground wire, fixed it at no charge to us. The spare key didn’t work and they had a new one made with a transponder in it to replace the worn key for free. To buy one from our local hardware was $50. If your looking for a really nice truck or car for that matter, go talk to Chris Jones on Goshen Road!!! These guys are great, honest and have some incredible vehicles.

Dylan was great. We got a great deal on a great car with some truly terrific service. They were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them. I should also mention this is the 2nd car we have purchased from them and will continue to go to them in the future. Thanks Dylan and team!

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Best Deal. Both were in excellent condition and priced several thousands less than Blue Book. The first purchase came late in the day on a Friday, in early Q1 2017. The import store stayed open late and took fantastic care of us in the process. They delivered an excellent value and customer care. The second purchase was a few weeks ago at the car/suv lot (early Q4 2017). My wife was selecting a new vehicle and they had several she came to look at. We found one she really liked and drove it Home an hour later. No hassle, no haggle or games. Price is the price, with a large range of vehicle options.  Repeat customers are a great gauge of a business. The earned it.

Around the first of August of 2017 we bought a 2011 Acadia. Dylan Mahaffey was the salesman. When we got home the check engine light was on. Some of the power windows didn't work and we also  couldn't adjust the one side view mirror. We took it to the Warsaw dealership since it was closer to us than Fort Wayne.  They replaced the catalytic converter plus fixed everything else AT NO COST TO US!! We also had a rental to drive for the days it was in the shop. We would highly recommend Best Deals Auto Sales to others. When we initially went to see the vehicle it wasn't on the lot. When they found out we drove 45 minutes to see it they offered us a gas card. Not sure how many other dealerships would do that for potential customers!
