Great Gym one of the largest if not the largest SqFt in the state. Has a huge assortment of equipment multiple rooms a lot of free weights and "enough plates", cable machines, plate loaded machines open padded floor for whatever turf for sled push pulls, trx, aerobics room and all sorts of classes and trainers available, circuit training room. If you want to get in shape or get really strong you can with room to work out

The negative reviews for this gym are simply hysterical. My partner is a HUGE gym buff and I'm an on&off regular. Best fitness is great. They have all the equipment I could need, and then some. The trainers are as varied as any other gym, the community being equally varied. Don't take the other reviews of people complaining about customer service to heart. I once switched my cards without telling them and ended up with $300 in fees, and when I calmly called and asked for help, ALL of those fees were eradicated and I was given the month free.

Place is a joke. The sales staff is way shady and blatantly lie to you. tried cancelling my son's membership and the first guy said he took care ofvit. Got charged another month. Then the next guy said he took care of it and he pushed the date out a few extra days so ABC charged me another month. When I told him I wanted the $40 back he said wirh attitude call ABC. Called ABC said they needed proof of mistake. Blah blah blah...

Awful. A couple of years ago I was looking to join a gym and since this place was the closest to my house, I was hoping that this would be the gym for me. I looked online, but they did not have any pricing for their memberships. Annoyed, I called the gym to get pricing over the phone, but was told I needed to come in to get pricing. I told the woman I was just searching for information, but she refused to give me any pricing . A couple of weeks later I tried again as I was narrowing down my gym options and was really hoping to keep this one as an option since it was so close to my house. Once again I was told they would not give me pricing over the phone and that I needed to come in to the gym for pricing. Incredibly I went against my principles and drove to the gym to get pricing. Shockingly, they told me they couldn't discuss pricing with me until I took a tour of the gym. I was stunned. I told her I was not interested in taking a tour of the gym at this point and that I just wanted pricing. She refused. I walked out. Astonishingly, I returned to the gym a week later like an idiot to take the tour since I really wanted to join this gym. When I got there to take the tour they handed me a form to fill out that required me to give them all of my personal information including address, phone number and social security number. I couldn't believe it. I laughed and walked out. Lesson learned. This place reminds me of gyms in the 90's where they tried to trick people at every twist and turn. I thought those days were behind us, but I guess not at this place.

I am absolutely appalled by how horrible the service is at this gym, with specific regard to the sales department and membership services. I had been a member at Best Fitness for over 2 years. I recently tried canceling my membership because I have moved to a different state. When trying to cancel my account I was treated rudely and forced to go through one-hundred and one different hoops just to attempt closing my account. It wasn't until I received a call from ABC Fitness, that I was aware that my account was in fact never closed. I will not name any names, but the person in charge of canceling my account decided to wait until the next pay period before finally sending my cancelation to ABC Fitness, and in doing so charging me an extra $20 as a monthly fee for the month of August. These types of untrustworthy and shady dealing are the type of actions that make me glad to not be a member at this gym any longer. If you are searching for a new gym to join I highly recommend looking elsewhere. There are plenty of other better options than here. Try Vent Fitness down the road, from what I hear from friends who have switched from Best to Vent, the service is better, the people are nicer, and most importantly the facility and equipment is more up to date and nicer. If I could give a lower star rating than one I would. Please don't make the mistake that I made.
