Great gym. Trainer Helen focuses on correcting and critiquing form, maintaining gym safety. The workouts are challenging, and exhausting. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Helen is thorough as well as careful and specific as to what I can and should be doing. After two months I feel quite a difference in my strength and flexibility. The varied workouts keep it interesting. The other members are supportive and a great group to work out with.!

Why I love this gym: 1. Attentive and experienced trainer with tons of experience providing a safe, fun and effective workout. She motivates without belittling or degrading you. 2. We sometimes flip big tires. 3. Crossfit Schenectady is for both beginners (I was one), intermediate (I'd like to think I'm there now), and also professional athletes looking to cross-train. 4. We sometimes flip big tires. 5. The prices are very competitive. 6. We sometimes flip big tires.
