My name is Barb Jarvis.  Best Home Services came out today to do a maintaince check on the air conditioner they installed in August of 2016.  The gentleman  who was here, Skip Brady, was very personable, and very knowledgeable about the system.  I also appreciate their 30 minute call ahead policy.  Best Home services, and technicians like Skip Brady are the easiest and most knowledgeable people to deal with. They explain everything in terms the average person understands. Thank you best home services!  I am using my friends google account because I do not have a google account, but I wanted to make sure I got this review done.

An email was sent prior to the appointment describing high expectations of professionalism and courtesy.  These were met and surpassed by the technician who arrived to service my AC systems. All steps were explained and questions thoroughly  answered. He showed respect to my home and family while working continuously . At the conclusion I was given a detailed report of my system including several options for necessary repairs without any pressure.
Fred Henderson represented Best home services in an exemplary manner and will use and recommend this company in the future. This was my second great experience in less than a week. Reasonably priced and quick reliable service that is sorely lacking today.

$19 estimate is a hoax and prices are outrageous! I'm a real estate agent and have bought and sold homes for over 30yrs. My estimate was $68 because tech needed to do "advanced diagnostics" meaning check connections. Then told me it would be $1100 to run a new line, less than 20 ft. of wire. He said though, if he was able to see the disconnect easily, it would only be around $400. NO way! I asked if anyone ends up getting their estimate for $19 as advertised; he said "Oh sure, I had one yesterday (Sat)" as if that were a rousing endorsement....I'd call it bad odds. Tech was polite and professional, apologized that he was bound by rates determined by company. I understand that the $19 is a teaser rate, but you'd expect a reasonable estimate. The tech spent more time writing up my ticket than he did on diagnosing the problem. Stay away from this company!!!!!

The technician was personable and had a nice grasp of the work I needed.  I called this morning for a repair and the technician was out by this afternoon!  This is the second time I have hired this company and I will be hiring them again when the need arises!  I will also be requesting Mark as he was thorough and careful!

The plumbing service we had performed was associated with our toilets in that it was leaking between the tank and the bowl.  The Best representative arrived on time as scheduled and carried out the repairs in a timely and professional manner.  During the process he asked if we had another toilet of the same vintage and we did.  He then went ahead and checked the condition of the connection and found it to be in a similar state at which time we asked him to take the same action on it so that we would not wind up with a flood on our hands.

All in all it was a pleasurable experience and will definitely use Best Plumbing for our future needs.
