Mike Harper and the rest of the Mr. Sparky team were exceptional. They diligently worked to resolve various electrical issues in the 30 year old home we recently purchased. There was a true extra effort by Mike to make sure we were satisfied with the work that was accomplished. I highly recommend Mike Harper and the entire Mr. Sparky team to anyone in need of professional, quality electrical work.

Don't trust Google reviews! After reading most of these reviews, I honestly can't say anything that hasn't already been said. My Wife, who loved the catchy tune in their commercials, insisted on calling them. They offered a free service call between 4 and 7:00pm on a Friday. That day, we received no less than 4 calls from them asking if we could be home earlier because their "Expert" had free time and would love to come help us earlier. My Wife, finally had to threaten to cancel the appointment in order to stop the calls. At 4:00 exactly, the man arrived, stone faced and just not a bundle of joy. A salesman, he was not but he did try. I had one outlet that had no power so he immediately tested the plug with his little tool and told me what I had just told him...no power. We then ventured to the breaker panel where he took off the cover, did a lot of head shaking and a few grunts and apologetically told me that I needed a new box (he hated to be the bearer of bad news). He tugged and pushed on the breaker that powered my pool filter and made it jump in and out of service. Apparently, when he did this, it caused a problem. I told him to stop doing it and when he did, my pump ran normally. Back to the outlet! He would diagnose the problem for $300 but in the event he finds something early, the price COULD be considerably lower however it still wouldn't cure the breaker panel problem and in fact it would probably make things worse. Back to the Jingle. Jingles and advertising campaigns are not cheap. Guess who gets to pay for it? BTW, don't trust Google reviews. Employers often encourage their employees to have their friends write 5 star reviews. Avoid the Malarkey, don't get Sparky!

Bryan was timely and knowledgeable. His workmanship was exemplary. He was able to do the work the same day I called...(I'm still waiting for a response, from a "local" electrician, after two weeks). Thanks, Bryan!

The service was beyond excellent. Technician arrived promptly, explained clearly what steps would be taken to solve the problem, and got to work on the issue. I am delighted with the service. Thank you for your professionalism. AMM

I called because thought I had blown a fuse..Courtney answered the phone and delivered excellent customer service and scheduled me for my requested time frame of 8-10 am for the very next day. She advised that I would receive a courtesy call before arrival. I got that call at 7:50am and he arrived exactly when he said he would. I also got a courtesy text with his photo so I knew what he looked like before he arrived at my door. Ryan was very professional and explained the estimate/diagnostic process thoroughly. We checked the fuses and breakers, but it was none of the above. It ended up being a faulty outlet inside. He diagnosed and repaired the problem within 30 minutes and I made it to work on time! I would definitely recommend Ryan and Mister Sparky for any electric needs.
