Miller Electric is a wonderful company. The office offers outstanding support and information. My tech arrived perfectly within the time window I was given and my requested work was completed right the first time. The tech I had was Charlie and he was very attentive and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I used Miller Electric for some electrical work for my home.  The work was not done according to code as I found out in a subsequent inspection.  I called Miller to correct the problem and they came and fixed it.  Then Miller sent me an invoice for correcting their own poor work and insisted that I pay the invoice.  I will never use this company.again.

MILLER ELECTRIC PERFORMED SOME  LIGHTING REPAIRS AT OUR  HOME IN 2016 -- THE WORK WAS NOT COMPLETED IN SATISFACTORY FASHION,   ACHECK COVERING PARTIAL PAYMENT WAS GIVEN TO THEIR TECHNICIAN,  BUT FINAL PAYMENT WAS NOT MADE. SINCE THEN WE HAVE BEEN HARASSED FOR  FINAL PAYMENT WHICH WE WILL CONTINUE TO  WITHHOLD SINCE WE HAD TO PAY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO  COMPLETE THE JOB.

Absolutely the worst.  The owner, Ed Gocher, is an angry person and, in spite of constant errors by the office staff and one by the electrician, they take no responsibility for their actions.  Our whole kitchen project was set back by their errors and then, after we had paid in full, we found a mistake.  They did fix it, but charged us.  When I politely questioned them about charging us for their error, I was greeted by an email of personal insults and even threats!  If you want to know other peoples' experiences with Miller, go to the Yellow Pages and read the reviews.  Scary.
