I've been a customer for over 7 years and I absolutely love the new company. Manager Michelle is kind, honest and funny.. The property now looks amazing and security cameras top notch. I would highly recommend Bargain storage..

I stopped by Bargain Storage just to see the cleanliness and size of the storage units. I was ABSOLUTELY surprised! The location was clean, and the property manager Michelle Wellington was an absolute joy to talk to. She explained about the rates, the gate times, and answered all my questions. She was knowledgeable and funny. I did reserve a unit.

I had a rough day prior to entering the doors at Fort Worth Bargain Storage. But the Superbowl Smile that greeted me when I entered the doors made me forget that I was about to pay on bill with money I truly need for myself! And as if that wasn't enough. The excellent customer service but icing on the cake. 

At the end of it all it was ok for me to release that that I wanted to keep, and released it with gladness! 

That was some old fashioned customer service that you truly don't see anymore, because people are so angry and hateful! Because of Michelle I'm very happy to be doing business with Fort Worth Bargain Storage........

Everyone has shown such compassion as I go through this change of losing my husband. They have gone above and beyond during this 'Lost' period as I make the changes and new adjustments in my life. To have them treat you as if you were family is just "Priceless".

Michelle is awesome. She is very thoughtful in getting the right space for your needs. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the property.
