I just recently reserved a storage unit with Rhonda at Public Storage. She was so helpful and made the process so easy. She was very  nice and pleasant to talk to. She helped me find the right size unit and even helped with packing and storage supplies! The units are nice and feel very secure too. Thanks RHONDA!!!

Was needing a storage unit for all of my belonging due to relocating/move out. I was over at this Public Storage Facility on Brentwood Stair Road. I was really impressed. The help there, Rhonda was very Professional. She showed me all of my options and different sizes of units that would accommodate all of my personal items.  The Facility was very Clean inside and out. The interior of the Storage Building that housed the storage units was very well lit, very clean and maintained. This Particular Public Storage facility felt very Safe & Secure. The staff working there when I was in “Rhonda” was very professional, I witnessed her professionalism first hand, When I was there she was dealing with a customer who was not very pleasant and was very rude.  This other customer would not listen to anything that the Employee/Manager had to say to her. Rhonda maintained her professionalism even under the unpleasantness of dealing with this very upset and irate customer, even when the customer called her a Bit*h, Rhonda stayed very Professional.  That’s really a dedicated employee.  I look forward to dealing with Rhonda and this Public Storage facility really soon.  I highly recommend this location for your storage needs. Thanks again for you all’s help, Brett H.

Rhonda we have had our storage for a year and she has been the best manager ti deal with. Ahe is friendly and nice. Makes payments easy and property everything about her is cool . keep her
