Honestly the best experience I've ever had with a storage facility. I used to rent with public storage before and didn't have a good experience. I figured I'd try my luck and see if they changed any and I am so glad I did. Raymond was super sweet and very helpful. The facility is very well maintained, he explained all the security features with the gates and cameras and ultimately sealed the deal for us. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!!!😀

Stopped by today to rent a unit. I can honestly say it was a great experience. Kayla was so informative and extremely friendly. She went above and beyond to help me with my needs. She is a wonderful asset to her company! Thank you

My wife and I stopped by to pick up a few boxes for moving. The woman behind the front counter Kayla, was polite, attentive to our presence in the store and our needs and what she could recommend we get to help with those needs. At the end of the transaction, she even offered to help us get everything to our car! She made stopping at this Point Storage location worth while, and if we ever needed storage space or packing materials in the future while in the Mid-cities area, she assured her business's spot as the first stop on my search. Bravo Kayla, and bravo Public Storage-Bedford, TX!

The staff here are awesome! They definitely do everything they can to help a person out The pay online option makes things simple and easy. If I ever need storage again this is where I will come!
