Very unprofessional company! They lack the ability to care about people. They took over a parking spot across from the Little Rock Tech Park, then put a sign that says, "Public Parking," then charge people for the available spots 1-24. That parking lot used to be free at night until they took it over. As I pulled into their parking lot, I didn't see or assume that I was suppose to pay for a Public Parking spot. Then they said, well don't you pay for "public transportation." Horrible people to deal with! Very rude! I will never patronize their business ever.

I have always been very happy with my experience parking with Best Park.  They are in very convenient locations and are always clean.

We paid to park at an event. The money box was not locked. We came back to find a parking violation that said we had not paid. At this point the money box was locked. There were several others in the same parking lot who had the same problem. We tried to call the number on the ticket repeatedly and there was no answer and you could not leave a voice mail. NOT HAPPY!
