The Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport is absolutely phenomenal! I had a concern and they handled the matter very swiftly and exceeded every expectation that I could  ever of thought. Too small to be understaffed. Usually it's quick today they were slow and only used one check-in at the security gate. Added a second after the line ran down the escalator

Good size airport, nice staff but did not really like that there was a lot of people and our flight got delayed for next day, but over all I say it's good and 5 stars.

Hired on the spot. At interview as Station agent.  Bathroom was clean.  Staff were respectful and understanding. Can't wait to start working there tomorrow!

This is a very good airport. It's easy to get in and out of and people are nice and pleasant in how they deal with you. Today I'm flying on the busiest travel day of the year and check in was a breeze,  security  lines were long but kept moving. 
Baggage claim can be slow. If you're renting a car make sure you have a reservation b/c they sell out, especially earlier in the week.
