Very unprofessional company! They lack the ability to care about people. They took over a parking spot across from the Little Rock Tech Park, then put a sign that says, "Public Parking," then charge people for the available spots 1-24. That parking lot used to be free at night until they took it over. As I pulled into their parking lot, I didn't see or assume that I was suppose to pay for a Public Parking spot. Then they said, well don't you pay for "public transportation." Horrible people to deal with! Very rude! I will never patronize their business ever. They only care about money.

These are wonderful folks and very easy to work with.  When it comes to parking downtown, I'd rather park in a BEST PARK lot and walk than to park in the lot of their competition.  They keep their parking lots clean, maintained, and are a pleasure to deal with.
