I order for delivery here fairly frequently. Not sure about the other reviews, but my stuff usually comes in about 45min which is fine for me. Never really had anything from here that I didn't like. I usually order their smoke burger which is awesome. Highly recommended!

I was a regular customer here for a really long time. They had the best Buffalo wings in Lansdowne. Until I ordered food for myself and some co-workers for lunch. Long story short it was disgusting. Who ever put it in the bag put it in sideways and hot sauce was literally leaking out of the bag. The driver himself saw this and actually asked me for a few napkins for his hands!! I called and explained that we were fine with it being messy but we wanted a replacement of chicken fingers that were to be served plain because of an allergy to the hot sauce. They were covered in it because it was everywhere. The woman on the phone apologized and said they'd send a new one out. The driver said he needed the old one before he would hand me the new one. I had thrown it in the trash and the trash was taken out. The manager refused to give me the replacement food OR a refund. He was so rude and being a woman I did not appreciate his tone with me at all. I will never order from here again. Colonial kitchen has much better customer service and wings and everything else. 😊

If I could give no stars I absolutely would!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!! I called and ordered she read me back my order with a small Greek pizza small cutlet fries and mozzerella sticks gave me a total of 17.34 when food arrived there were no mozzarella sticks and no I was not charged for them however if you read back an order correct how do you bot put it in right. Anyways $18 for a small pizza and cheese fries is RIDICULOUS!! I WILL NEVER ORSER FROM HERE AGAIN. Bot my first time having something messed up from them either!! They are horrible people to order from!!
