CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!! Apparently it's a common practice for this company to change the price on their customer not matter what the contract says! (just read other Yelp and Yellow Pages reviews) Unfortunately this company screwed my elderly parents over by charging them $600 more than the contract price. Moreover, when my mother tried to talk to the Owner/President Joe Diaz he was rude, vile and disrespectful to the point that he made a 72 year old woman cry. I even tried to reason with him and he was just as nasty with me and used foul language. Joe Diaz is disrespectful, vile, and totally unprofessional. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! What's funny to me is how on all other bad reviews the owner tried to justify his wrong doings, sad. Rebuttal to your posting after mine: As to the $75 a night for leaving the items in the truck, my parents clearly told you no to leave their belongings in the truck. Why would someone one pay for a $75 fee a night for leaving their belongings on the truck when they had one month free storage?? You need to be clear with your customers because apparently you have a reputation for changing contracts or going back on your word. The only reason why people hire you is that they believe they're getting a great price, then out of no where you stick it to them with hidden fees and costs. And you're right, I am an educated woman unlike your self who spews profanities at his customers and is out right a rude and a disrespectful individual. No one should have to deal with such a vile man, especially when you are a vendor and the victim of your disgusting behavior is your client.

AVOID THEIR SERVICE AT ALL COST, YOU WILL REGRET IT. It was the worst experience ever with a moving company. The company owner is not only a liar but also very rude. The owner will tell you they charge by the hour, but be careful, before delivery or putting something out of the truck, they will tell you the total of hours (without finishing) and will not bring nothing off the truck before you pay, then, they will try to rush everything. My bad experience started when they tried to charge my card, which was declined for security reasons. Given this, I told my wife to bring the cash, it was probably a 45 min window between when they tried to charge the credit card and when the cash arrived. Here was where everything turned ugly. The owner, guessing that we are some kind of criminal or sort of, called their people and made them stop, close the truck and refuse to work, retaining my stuff, just because i havent pay. Guess what, my contract said i was charged by the hour, and we where in the middle of the moving. To make things worst, the owner called the police because i parked my car infront of the truck. Not only that, after the police left, this guy started to take photos to my house, i dont know to what purpose. Finally, when his workers realized that time was up (charged 8 hours, worked 7) they started to yell at me, inside my house, infront of my kids. So, second call to the police. This time to tell them to get out. Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and the worst customer service ever experienced.

Great moving company! They were careful with all my items and furniture. They made my move to my apartment quick and painless.

HORRIBLE company!! Would not recommend them to anyone. Requested an appointment for Wednesday morning. They were not available, so we were scheduled for Tuesday afternoon and told they would call an hour before to let us know they were on the way. On Tuesday they called to let us know they were running late due to rain, mind you it was light rain. Three hours later they called to cancel because they were too behind, and that they would be there at 8 am Wednesday (even though we were originally told they were not available at that time). By 11 am on Wednesday they had not showed, not called, and they didn't answer the phone. When the finally called it was to say they had truck issues and that we would need to find another company. Why wait more than 3 hours to call your customer?! The walk through of our house is tonight and closing tomorrow. Now we have to scramble to get a truck and get people to help us move because we can't find a company on such short notice! Totally unprofessional company! DO NOT use them!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They took longer than they had to just to charge more. They broke my items and and tossed around my boxes. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Owner is very rude. First said I had to pay $605. Raised it to $785 and charged my card over $900. BEWEAR!!
