Horrible Service. Paid for a freight service from Puerto Rico to Miami on February 23 2018. It is April 19th 2018, and my belongings are still in transit. 

The Miami office passes the buck to the Puerto Rico and vice versa. 

Mind you I am not shipping a car or a living room set; I am shipping two sewing machines, and women clothing. 

They have no real time tracking device to let you know the ETA of your cargo; when the cargo was shipped to Puerto Rico, I was only contacted once for the delivery of the cargo in three months. After returning to Miami I had to contact the office in Miami to pay the return my belongings on February 23rd 2018. 

Total amount paid to ship to Puerto Rico 
$265

Total amount paid to return to Miami. 
$250. 

Find someone else to move your stuff to and from Puerto Rico 

This company has no sense or urgency.

Mi experiencia personal fue una muy mala. Me dejarón esperando para recoger la mudanza desde la 7:30 am y a las 4:00 pm me llaman y me dicen que no iban a llegar hasta las despues de la 6:00 p.m. Mi mudanza era grande o sea que iban a terminar a las 12:00 de la madrugada. Tienen malos agentes de ventas. No coordinan bien. Yo cancelé. FATAL !!!
