This moving company is FANNNNTASTICCCC !!! Reliable, affordable, spacious, and SO convenient - they basically spell out everything that a stressed out mover is looking to turn to. My husband and I were having trouble finding an affordable/trustworthy moving company to move our family of 5 from Miami, FL to Oklahoma - every company we researched came with a chunky price tag/risky reviews. And then, one glorious morning (1 week before our moving date to be exact), we came across UPack and all of the awesomeness and convenience it entailed! One phone call, an awesome price quote (after reading pages and pages of great reviews), and BOOM! Done! As scheduled, they dropped off two shipping containers right on time (did I mention they dropped the 2nd container off free of charge, as a “just in case you need it” - of course, we would have to pay if we would’ve used it - but how considerate and nice is that ?!), we had a few days to pack it up, then a simple phone call to schedule pick up/shipment for the next day. Once again, they came right on time to take our storage container and conveniently shipped it to Oklahoma even before the time span promised! All we had to do when we arrived was give them a call to schedule drop off in front of our house (which also arrived right on time), unload our stuff (which was in perfect condition the same way we left it), and they conveniently picked up the unit when we finished! We are relocating to Texas in the near future and look forward to using UPack again!!

Truly one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. First the price of the move compared to PODS and 800-PACK-RAT, both comparable you pack and unpack was significant for a move from South Florida to Atlanta area. PODS was $5,000 for 1600 +/- square feet, 800-PACK-RAT was $3,200 for the same. UPACK was ,$1,819. I was originally quoted for 2,500 for a 35 cubic feet move (1 full trailer and 7 cubic feet (linear) for the second trailer, if needed! Since i didn't need it the price ended up at $ 1,819!!! The customer service was tops, from the 3 times I called the 800 number to arranging drop offs and pick ups. I want to buy their stock! My only concern is are they charging enough to make enough of a profit. Shop around and you will end up with them. Beware of the moving companies that estimate your load, via piece and estimated weight, then later charge by actual weight alone. I didn't go that way but read reviews that confirmed my gut feeling on estimates.

This is a fantastic option for people moving long distance on a budget! It is also a much shorter wait time to get access to your belongings, unlike the portable storage unit options out there, 2-4 days instead of weeks! Everyone at the local branch was lovely to deal with as well! Thank you so much!

We are completely satisfied with U-Pack moving service. We moved our household from Florida to New York in two stages. We picked the trailer option because the price was very good and especially because it allowed us the flexibility of using as much space as needed when we loaded the truck. In both cases we exceeded our estimate of needed space and was no problem. Similarly, they were flexible enough on the delivery date to match the availability of our helpers to unload the truck. The sales, customer service and delivery staff were all first class and made the moving experience as easy as possible. We recommend U-Pack without hesitation.
